Travis is the Founder and CEO of REALM where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, with a particular focus on culture, strategy and investments. Prior to founding REALM, Travis spent nearly a decade as a co-founder and CEO of Brixton Capital, a private investment firm which owns and manages a diverse array of real estate that has grown to be valued at more than $1.1 billion.
Over the last 25 years, Travis has accumulated over $3.2 billion of transactional experience across industrial, office, multifamily, hospitality and retail real estate.
Travis graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with highest distinction honors from the University of California, San Diego. He also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Richard identifies, structures, and manages all real estate investments at REALM. Since 2020, Richard has led the acquisition and management of over 30 properties across North America. Prior to joining REALM, Richard headed redevelopment efforts for Gerrity Group across the Western United States. Richard also spent several years at Pacifica Companies focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and refinance of assets totaling over $1 billion in transactions.
Richard holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Chapman University.
In his role as Principal, Will is responsible for the management of external relationships for REALM. This includes cultivating relationships with prospective and active operating partners and investors. Prior to joining the team at REALM, Will spent almost nine years in a leadership position at Stand Together Chamber of Commerce, a network of business leaders working together to solve some of our country’s greatest social challenges. Will worked on a team that raised and deployed $600+ million dollars annually toward efforts in education, poverty, public policy, and elections.
Will earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College, where he studied Political Science and Entrepreneurship.
As Head of Finance and Accounting, Ben Queen is responsible for all investment and REALM corporate financial reporting and oversees the preparation of the tax returns. This includes overseeing property level financial reporting, as well as the development and expansion of REALM’s finance and accounting department.
Prior to joining REALM, Ben was the Director of Finance at Brickstone Partners, which brought him to Nashville. Originally from Colorado, he started his career in Denver at PricewaterhouseCoopers before becoming the Manager of Internal Audit for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. He then transitioned to Manager of Investor Relations & Fund Accounting at Northwood Investors, a Denver-based private equity real estate firm with $10+ billion in AUM.
An avid Fighting Irish fan, Ben earned both his B.S in Accounting and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee.
In her role as Director of Investor Relations and Operations, Robyn is primarily responsible for maintaining REALM’s external relationships, including ensuring proper documentation from our investors and preparation of personalized quarterly and annual investment reports. She also assists with asset management for REALM’s active investments. Prior to joining REALM, Robyn spent 12 years at Rockwood Capital in San Francisco, CA, in both Project Accounting and Investor Relations roles.
Robyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola Marymount University, where she studied Accounting.
As Senior Analyst, Tim is a member of the investments team and focuses on acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategies. Prior to joining REALM, Tim spent three years at a commercial real estate investment firm in Richmond, VA. Working as both an Investment Analyst and Asset Manager, he worked to underwrite development projects as well as create and implement property specific business plans across a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets. Tim graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019 with a B.A. in Economics.
As an Associate, Tyler is an integral part of the investments team, where he focuses on acquisitions and asset management. Tyler has 8 years of prior commercial real estate experience under his belt. Prior to joining REALM, Tyler worked for several companies across the commercial real estate spectrum representing lending, acquisition, value-add, and ground-up development. Past companies Tyler has worked for are Dougherty Funding (now Colliers), Lyon Living, Montecito Medical, and 3MC Partners.
Tyler holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Economics from Westmont University.
As a Senior Accountant, Kristin plays a crucial role in financial management and reporting functions. With over 15 years of experience in accounting, she has a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen eye for detail. She ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data for all REALM’s assets. Kristin is responsible for a wide range of tasks including treasury management, recording of transactions, reconciliations, and process improvements. As a native of Nashville, Kristin graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, emphasis in accounting.
As an analyst at REALM, Gavin works with the investments team and is responsible for market research, underwriting, asset management, and investor communications.
Before joining REALM, Gavin was an intern at CBRE focused on marketing materials and contract documents for commercial real estate brokerage. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2021.
As an analyst at REALM, Colin is a member of the investments team and focuses on acquisitions and asset management. Prior to REALM, he worked as an analyst in private equity at Standard and Poor, specializing in data analysis for strategic investment assessments and performance evaluation.
Colin graduated from Butler University in 2020 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing, and recently earned his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
In her role as Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Devynne is responsible for schedule management, meeting coordination, and providing comprehensive support to the executive team. She also oversees office logistics and streamlines administrative processes. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2021.
